Welcome to the NDSRC Convention Registration and Vendor Information

Vendors:

The NDSRC state convention cannot happen without the support of our wonderful Vendors. We are open to hosting a variety of booths, including human resources, medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, educational programs, etc. Our pricing plans for vendors are located below!

The NDSRC 2026 State Convention will be held in Fargo, ND on April 13th and 14th at the Avalon Events Center. Scroll down to locate registration options for attendees.

To reserve a room in the block, please call 701-282-2000, ext. 0. Mention “NDSRC” when booking. The block rate is $139.00 + tax for either one king or 2 queen standard.

The deadline to book under this block is 3/16/2026.

This is the only block for the conference, but feel free to stay at another location of your choosing.
